After a short stack of pancakes, drove the Badlands Loop Road, and hiked some of the trails along way. Re-visited the prairie dogs when there was better light and I could sit amongst them.
Pork chops, asparagus, and red skin mashed potatoes for dinner.
Thought that was it. Then a storm came up out of nowhere, half the people camping obviously had never set up a tent properly , because they were blowing all over the place.
But after the storm … A rainbow and a sunset. Maybe these lands aren’t so bad after all.
